How to raise your vibrational frequency?

Everything in the universe vibrates and has its own vibrational frequency. Humans are energetic beings and have their own vibrational frequency that can be measured in Bovis Units (BU).


With a balanced and healthy lifestyle and several natural and energetic methods you can raise your own vibrational frequency. Here are some examples:


Natural food


If you want to raise your vibrational frequency with food, it is important to eat natural, unprocessed, high vibrational foods (from biological agriculture) and to avoid all chemical molecules (pesticides and other additives) that disrupt the endocrin system.


Breathing


Breathing not only provides us with oxygen, but also with prana (the vital energy in the air). With every inhale, we breathe in prana and thus increase the circulation of vital energy in our subtle energetic system. Oxygen and prana are absorbed into the blood at the level of the lungs and then distributed to the enitire body via the cardiovascular system. Breathing negatively ionized air is beneficial for our health. This air charged with negative ions can be found at the sea and near trees, for example. Thunderstorms, lightning and rain also charge the air with negative ions.


Physical activity


Physical activity (dancing, walking, yoga, running,...) increases the circulation of blood and of vital energy in the body. It improves the energetic and hormonal balance.


Contact with nature


Nature's vibrations are beneficial for human beings. Spending time in nature can raise your vibrational frequency. Walking barefoot on the grass or on the sand of the beach by the sea puts you into contact with the free electrons of the surface of the Earth, which has a beneficial effect on your energetic, endocrine and nervous balance. These free electrons (negatively charged) are anti-inflammatory because they neutralize free radicals (positively charged), that are inflammatory.


Sleep


Sleeping is a natural way to recharge you with vital energy. During sleep, our etheric body disconnects from the physical body to recharge itself with vital energy in the higher planes. This energetic recharge is transferred to the physical body by the etheric body.


Meditation


There are multiple meditation methods. Meditation procures physical relaxation, better emotional balance, mental clarity and a better connexion with yourself.


Positive thoughts and emotions


Cultivating positive thoughts and emotions is very important to raise your vibrational frequency. Thoughts and emotions are energy, and these vibrational frequencies can affect our physical body and well-being through our chakras. Try to replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts; replace negative verbal thoughts with positive affirmations and negative images with positive images.


Living place


Every moment we are interacting with the vibrations of our environment. Organizing, cleaning and airing our living place can elevate our vibrational frequency.


Music


Sound and music are energetic sound frequencies and can influence our chakras and cellular vibrations by the principle of vibrational resonance. Certain types of music will stimulate specific chakras (classical music stimulates the heart chakra, for example). Playing one of your favourite songs can instantly raise your vibrational frequency.
